Alina Albrecht - Founder & CEO
Equestrian industry, tourism and marketing – Alina knows the business from both sides: as a rider and from years of working with equestrian businesses.
She knows the challenges behind the scenes – and what riders are missing on the other side.
Benedikt Rötsch - Co-Founder & CTO
With over 20 years of experience in digital products and scalable platforms, Benedikt turns complex processes into technology that simply works.
And yes - he rides, too.
Together, we combine equestrian expertise with the technology to move the industry forward.
Osi - our AI assistant
Osi is the AI assistant of ridetreat. He helps riders find suitable offers and supports facilities in building their profiles. His name comes from a real horse: the Trakehner premium stallion Osiander of Bernsteinreiter.
We could have given our AI assistant a generic name – something like "Ridebot" or "Assistly". We chose not to. For the same reason that the mascot is being painted by a real artist (Sina Agneta) rather than generated by an image model: an AI is a tool. It should support people, not replace them. Not even in the artwork that gives it a face.
