Last year, I wanted to find out which tournaments were happening in the fall near me. I was in three Facebook groups, on two club pages, had a PDF from 2021 open, and took a photo of a notice at the stable. An hour later, I had half of it together. And no idea if the dates were still accurate.
That’s exactly what needs to stop. The ridetreat event calendar is live. You can find equestrian events in Germany all in one place: tournaments, fairs, shows, stallion parades, and clinics. With dates, locations, programs, and a direct link to tickets.
What is the Ridetreat Event Calendar?
The ridetreat event calendar is a free overview of equestrian events in Germany. In one place, you can see what is happening when and where. From major show jumping tournaments like the Stuttgart German Masters to the stallion parade at the state stud in Neustadt (Dosse). You can filter by discipline, region, and time period, and jump directly to the official registration or ticket shop.
Why are we starting with events?
Because you most often search for dates, and they are the hardest to find. Equestrian events are scattered across club pages, association calendars, Facebook groups, and notices. Each source looks different, and each is sometimes current and sometimes not. Ridetreat aims to bring the entire equestrian world together in one place. We start with the part you need every week, rather than promising you everything at once.
What events can you find in the calendar?
The calendar includes tournaments, fairs, horse shows, stallion parades, and clinics from all over Germany. You’ll find big names like the German Show Jumping and Dressage Derby in Hamburg or the Stuttgart German Masters, as well as regional events. Sorted by discipline, from dressage to jumping to breeding and young horses. The calendar grows week by week. Today, there are over 30 events listed, extending into 2028.
What information is on an event page?
On each event page, you’ll find everything you need for planning at a glance. Date and time, the exact location with directions by car and train, the program, information on parking, accessibility, and family offerings, ticket prices, and the link to the official sale. With one click, you can add the event to your calendar, whether it’s Apple, Google, or Outlook. You don’t have to search through five tabs anymore.
Where do the dates come from? And who maintains them?
The dates are collected and maintained by Osi, our AI assistant. Osi finds events from publicly available sources, adds the details, and presents them in an understandable way. Under each event page, you’ll find the sources we used. Everyone should see where the information comes from. If you find an error, you can email Osi, and we will correct it. Learn more about Osi.
What does the event calendar cost you?
Nothing. The event calendar is free. You can search, filter, view details, and add events to your calendar without registration and without an account. You buy tickets directly from the organizer as usual.
Is your event missing or incorrectly listed?
Then let us know, and we’ll take care of it. If you own an event, you can take over and complete its profile. We correct errors, add texts, and swap images and logos. If you want an entry removed, you can take it down. Your event, your decision.
What’s next?
The event calendar is just the beginning, not the end goal. In the fall of 2026, the entire platform will be added: riding stables, riding holidays, courses, and clinics that you can find, compare, and inquire about. We are building ridetreat step by step and will show you every move. The calendar is the first part you can already use today.
