What are Equestrian Ball Sports?

These disciplines pair horseback riding with ball-handling play across fast-paced team or individual formats. Riders use mallets, sticks, or their hands to control and move the ball while mounted. The FEI governs them globally or regionally and organises championships under a common rulebook. Unlike dressage or jumping, the focus stays on the ball, and unlike soccer, it all happens on horseback.
