Highlights

FEI CDI-W Dressage

Madrid Horse Week runs its dressage under FEI CDI-W rules, which means international judging standards and World Cup qualification points on the line. Riders come from across the globe to compete at this level. If you want to watch dressage where the scores actually matter beyond the arena, this is the format.

Western Meets Dressage

Classical dressage and Western riding share the same arena at Madrid Horse Week. That combination is genuinely rare at an international competition. Watching both back to back makes the similarities and differences between the two disciplines pretty obvious.

What is IFEMA Madrid Horse Week?

IFEMA Madrid Horse Week 2026 is an international equestrian tournament and show held in Madrid from 26 to 29 November 2026. The event combines Dressage, Show Jumping and show programming, including FEI World Cup-level sport, making it one of the few European events to stage both disciplines at international standard within a single programme. Whether you follow competitive dressage closely or simply want to watch something different in November, Madrid Horse Week covers both. Six days of competition and show run alongside each other, with top-level sport and crowd-friendly demonstrations sharing the same venue. Tickets are available on the official website.
