Where does Salon du Cheval take place?
The Salon du Cheval takes place at Paris expo Porte de Versailles – VIPARIS in the south-west of Paris. The venue is one of the largest exhibition centres in France and sits directly on the Paris Métro network. The surrounding area connects easily to hotels throughout the city, and many visitors turn the trip into a longer stay in Paris.

The Salon du Cheval is easiest to reach by Métro line 12 or trams T2/T3a to Porte de Versailles. By car, follow signs for Porte de Versailles from the A86, A6, or A13; car parks P4 and P5 are paid, but park-and-ride options at Porte de Versailles and Porte de la Plaine offer free shuttle connections to the venue. If you're travelling with horses, the recommended route also exits at Porte de Versailles – a dedicated parking area for horse vehicles is available, but advance reservation is required.
