What happens at London International Horse Show?

The London International Horse Show 2026 runs five days across two daily sessions – afternoon (start 11:15, doors open at 09:00) and evening (start 18:00, doors open at 15:00) – with distinct named competitions scheduled each day.

Thu · 17 December

The CDI-W FEI Dressage World Cup Grand Prix opens the week in the afternoon session. That evening, The Puissance takes the spotlight – a CSI5* class where horse and rider tackle a wall built progressively higher.

Fri · 18 December

FEI World Cup Dressage qualifying continues in the afternoon, alongside CSI5* jumping classes running through the day.

Sat · 19 December

The FEI World Cup Driving gets under way in the evening. The afternoon features the CSI5* Six Bar – six fences in a straight line, each raised as riders are eliminated.

Sun · 20 December – Agria Super Sunday

The FEI World Cup Jumping qualifier runs in the afternoon; the second leg of FEI World Cup Driving follows in the evening.

Mon · 21 December

The Pony Club Mini-Major and the London Grand Prix close the show in an extended afternoon session. Running in every performance: the Shetland Pony Grand National, Kennel Club Dog Agility or Jumping, and – subject to confirmation – an international equestrian display.

Where does London International Horse Show take place?

The London International Horse Show takes place at ExCeL London, a late-19th-century exhibition hall in the Hammersmith and Fulham area of west London. The International Arena sits at the heart of the building and serves as the main competition space throughout the five days. Directly beside the main ring, the Champagne Taittinger Bar and Brasserie occupies its own tented structure, with an indoor lounge and an outdoor area looking onto the collecting ring. Access is reserved for top-price ticket holders, who receive entry badges at the welcome desk on arrival.
