What is SICAB?
SICAB is the international trade fair dedicated exclusively to the Purebred Spanish Horse (PRE), running 17–22 November 2026 at the Palacio de Congresos y Exposiciones (FIBES Fair Grounds & Convention Center) in Seville. Now in its 36th edition, it is the most important monographic fair of its kind in the world and serves as the host venue for the World PRE Horse Championship. SICAB draws breeders, horse owners, industry professionals, and spectators from across the globe. Alongside breed competitions, sporting classes, and a busy trade floor, the show "This is my horse" brings top-level dressage and classical riding demonstrations to the arena each evening. Tickets are available through the official SICAB website. The fair is organised by ANCCE, the Royal Purebred Spanish Horse Breeders' Association and the sole body recognised by Spain's Ministry of Agriculture to manage the PRE Stud Book.

What happens at SICAB?
SICAB 2026 runs for six days, combining breed conformation judging, sporting competitions under the World PRE Horse Championship, a trade fair, and a training campus, all open daily at 09:00. Every evening the show "This is my horse" brings dressage and classical riding demonstrations to the arena: Tuesday to Friday at 20:00 (Tuesday by invitation only), Saturday at 13:00 and 19:30, and Sunday at 17:00. Conformation and sports classes run throughout the week as part of the World Championship programme.
Where does SICAB take place?
SICAB 2026 takes place at the Palacio de Congresos y Exposiciones (FIBES Fair Grounds & Convention Center) in Seville. FIBES is a large convention and exhibition complex in the eastern part of the city, easily reached from the city centre and the Santa Justa railway station. Seville itself sits on the Guadalquivir river in Andalusia, and its historic centre, Cathedral, Alcázar, and lively tapas bars, is close enough to make an evening away from the fairgrounds very straightforward.

Entry to SICAB 2026 is ticketed; adult tickets are available through the official SICAB website. The ticket covers access to breed shows, sporting competitions, and the trade floor, the evening show "This is my horse" may require a separate booking.
